Hotel clerk (spoiler)
At the trial, why didn't they just ask the hotel clerk about 'Nick Parks'??? He remembers them trying to get away from paying the bill, but why not ask him about the man who got them out of that trouble?

shareAnd what would that accomplish? Suppose the clerk did remember a young man bail them out of trouble at the hotel. Remember, "Nick Parks" paid for the girls plane tickets using a stolen credit card. Even if he did stay at that hotel, he probably paid for his room the same way, so good luck finding him. However, something tells me that he wasn't even staying there himself since he bailed the girls out of trouble the same way they got themselves into it: "I'll take it for the wanker in 333 who left his room keys in the bathroom".
Even if they did somehow find "Nick Parks" and the hotel clerk confirmed that it was him, the only thing he saw him do is walk out of the hotel with the girls. That doesn't even go near proving that he's the one who planted the drugs on them.
Yes, but it would at least show that there WAS a guy and hat the girls MIGHT be telling the truth.
And if they did somehow find "Nick Parks", they could've investigate him and his past.

Even in "honest" justice system the girls would have to connect him to planting drugs, which is something very difficult to do with so much going up against them. Not to mention that the justice system portrayed in this movie is corrupt to the core and is only made to serve those who are at the top of the food chain, and evidence can be manipulated to insure the outcome favorable to the wishes of powers that be. And it is made abundantly clear in the movie that "Nick Parks" was not meant to be found from the get go.
Well they were claiming the girls made him up. So it would be another piece of evidence and would cast serious doubt on the theory they made him up.
