yes I see it. It's right after they put Sonny's body in the truck, which the feds later thank them for doing.
they were by the river and found the tracking device in the trailer. until the last scene with the feds, I thought it was an alternate scene of them putting the device in sonny's body and sending it downstream.
maybe this was an alternate scene that was meant to be cut. Given Sonny and Jack's relationship and the fact Sonny told Jack they (the Feds) would do right by him and his family - it doesn't have a place in the movie.
btw, this "body" is wearing similar clothes to Sonny.

watching the scene again. the camera actually follows this along the river before tilting up to follow the truck on the overpass.
so it's not like you have to look hard for it. the camera is following it!
