The last of the great car chase movies

In a time when movies like Fast & Furious have cars flying through crumbling caves like something out of a video game, I look back on Black Dog and realize that it was a last of it's breed. I will always call this one "my" Swayze movie especially since most people don't acknowledge it.

Very, very true. This film seems like a relic from another era, when stuntmen instead of CGI controlled the action – and that's a very good thing indeed. As with most of his movies, Patrick completely transforms this film into something meaningful instead of "just" a chase flick.

I really enjoyed the car chases in this movie. Very underrated movie I reckon.
