Anyone know of a funnier villain than Meat Loaf in this?

His is absolutely hilarious in this film! I don't think I've ever seen a funnier villain before. Anyone know of a funnier villain than him?

The main villain in Drive, (The Mark Dacascos film) played by John Pyper-Ferguson is a strong contender. Highly recommended

Dennis Hopper in pretty much anything, specifically Waterworld, with such hilarious lines as "DONT JUST STAND THERE KILL SOMETHIN!" and "You know I thought you were stupid but it seems Ive underestimated you, you are a total freakin retard"

How 'bout Gary Oldman's character in "Leon the Professional" - he was funny in a totally weird, way over the top, way.

Is it just me, or does Meat Loaf look like Chucky (the horror movie character) at the end of the movie. Whenever he has that crazy look on his face, I always think of Chucky.

IIRC, in one of the Chucky movies (i think it was the Bride of Chucky), he gets run over by a Mack truck lol
