The Customers (Spoilers)

As Craig & Maxine opened the portal to the public; there are many people who know about the John Malkovich connection.. It seems after Craig got total control of Malkovich and married with Maxine, those customers couldn't get any service anymore.. Considering those guys (all of the customers were men i guess) who tried their first 15 mins experience are very eager for doing that again, isn't this situation is very open for trouble?

I mean lots of people know the location of the portal, want to use it but they are not able to do it.. Also their provider Maxine became a public figure beside John Malkovich and other provider is missing; all the way this is a suspicious situation..

So what are the possible troubles? They could try to sneak in the portal, or reach Maxine in a way and threaten-blackmail her, or they could sell this valuable information to the media etc..

Not to be misundertood, I'm not questioning why none of the customers didn't behave like that.. My problem is, this should be an issue to be discussed between Craig & Maxine, but they didn't even think about those people who carries cruical information.. Any thoughts on that?

PS: I enjoyed the movie anyway..
