What genre is this?

In my opinion it's a (quirky) drama, but my friend believes it to be a full on comedy. I know its probably one of those things where its up to you, but anyone else have an opinion on what it is?

I wouldn't call it a comedy, even though there are some comedic elements. I'd call it a mixture of drama and sci-fi.
