Help me remember an ant movie

I have a tendency to look up and watch old movies from when I was a kid, but I can't for the life of me remember the title of one particular movie. It was animated, probably came out in the 80's (maybe earlier) and it was about an ant community. There was a big deal made about their 'bumps' I think, the round ends on their butts. The main character is a young, pre-'bump' ant who gets blinded at one point while in his tunnel. I'm pretty sure he's in charge of taking care of an egg or something (he chases around a white/yellow ball for a ood portion of the movie). And the one quote I remember is an old ant telling the young, impetuous ant that "Anything is possible, NOT everything."

Anyone have any ideas?
