Help with Celebrity Cameos

In the DVD release, can anyone tell me which scene(s) Sheryl Crow, Cindy Crawford, Heidi Klum, Donald Trump, Peter Bogdonavich, or Beverly Johnson appear? All of these cameos are credited as either "VIP Patrons" or "Elaine's Patrons". I can't seem to spot them in any scene, even in the background.

There is one shot of Sela Ward & Ryan Phillipe dining at Elaine's. I speculated the man seated on the left of Ryan might be Bogdonavich, but it actually looks more like the actor who portrayed Truman Copote.

At a table in the background (albeit blurry), Art Garfunkel, flanked by Lorna Luft on the right and a laughing Valerie Perrine on the left, are visible.

However, these other cameos are a mystery????
