shareThere is only fleeting nudity, and simulated sex. The simulated sex between Selma & Ryan (DVD release only) and Selma & Breckin has no nudity at all, not even from the rear.
During the montage when Ryan is jumping from bed to bed, there is a brief shot of a topless girl (uncredited), and a couple frames here (and in the scene with Ryan & Sela Ward) of Ryan's shapely posterior.
Frankly, I think the R rating came more from the casual drug use than the sex.
