Name that tune for me please


I was curious if anyone knows the title of the song played in 54 towards the end of the movie. it was during a scene where the two bartenders where talking i think. Anyway it kinda goes , "...I don't want a man at the disco tech... I believe in the boogy." I know that maybe way off but any avid fans would know the song. i assume it's called " I believe in the boogy"
