Was their really an actress named Julia Black on "All My Children?"

As in most cases, life imitates arts, I think NEVE CAMPBELL's character may have been based on a collage of young actress of the mid to late 70's. Small town Jersey girl (actress), making a name for herself and making it to the small screen.
