Watching it right now (40 min into it) and there's a scene early on where Ryan gets out of bed and you see full shot of him nude from the back.

Ryan has said that no one will see him frontally nude except for his wife.

His backside shows up in Little Boy Blue/Wait Until Dawn and MANY other places.
