COMING TO BLU RAY MARCH 6!

Can we expect some good extras? Deleted scenes? Commentary? ANYTHING besides the music video?

Apparently NOT... "Specs have yet to be revealed, and the only supplement appears to be a music video."

I am so disappointed in Lionsgate...they usually put a decent set of extras on their blu rays, but not this time. I can't understand why this movie gets such crappy treatment...I loved it (though it clearly could have been, and apparently at one time WAS, so much better).

Anyway, I'll still get it just for improved picture and sound (hopefully!).

That sucks. I love Blu-ray, but they need to add more extras! We want the deleted scenes...

I only would have picked it up if it were the Director's Cut. Now that version I'd like to see.

I understand that this is more than the theatrical release but less than the director's cut. All in all, that's what the DVD is also. So, if you've seen the DVD, that's what this will be.

Got mine today, and yeah, it's the DVD all over again. NOTHING extra except the "If You Could Read My Mind" music video, which was on the DVD.

It is the 104 min version, which was longer than the theatrical but not the director's cut.

Picture and sound are basically the same as the DVD. Maybe a bit of an improvement, but not enough to write home about.

Such a missed opportunity!!!!!!!

Agreed.

I think the biggest problem is that much of the scenes that the director wanted back in were never properly edited, it's raw footage. I say that judging from what I read about the "director's cut" that went to some festivals a few years ago...all hush/hush. There would have to be money spent to really get a good copy and where would that come from?

Rumour has it that the Studio Canal blu ray release in the Uk in April will feature two cuts of the film

It does indeed:

Will report back in a couple of weeks with running times and special features.

I'll be waiting to hear.

Just had a look at the bluray in town and it seems like we've got the American release, just without the music video as no extra features are listed. There's the theatrical version - 92 minutes - and extended version - 100 minutes.

The picture quality has been getting horrid reviews as well. I'll pass on this one to show the studios they can't treat fans like crap...
