Sela Ward. I believe she was a model in the 70s and was a regular at the real Studio 54.

During pre-opening promotional interviews in '98, Sela said she "practically lived at Studio 54" in the late 70s/early 80s, and was thrilled that writer/director Mark Christopher asked her to participate in re-creating the memories. Same with Lauren Hutton.

Too bad the end product ended up being such a bomb.
