What Stupid Hollywood politics are keeping this from being distributed?

I can understand HBO / Imagine not wanting to spend the extra $$ and time to convert to a hi-def blu-ray, but how is this not available for streaming on any service, much less HBO go?

The DVD package is still decent enough.

We recently got HBO and I was very disappointed this wasn't available. Saw it a long time ago and would love to watch again.
