How gory is this mvie?

Somebody said that it shouldn't have gotten an R-rating cuz its so gory. So can anyone tell me how much gore is actally in the movie? don't worry, i won't get mad if you ruin any surprises...

Well......It's not scary gore at all. It's not even scary in my eyes. Personally I think the most violent scene is when the skeleton of a man emerges from his body. Thats pretty much the worst in my eyes. If you can handle SAW you can 100% handle this movie.

The gore is so over the top that it's not that disturbing (like Dead-Alive)

There are lots of skin flayings, gore-vomit, mutliations, decaptations, head crushing, jaws being ripped off, dozens of bloody gunshot wounds, fast-acting cancer etc.
