My dad just bought this and I was wondering if it is good enough to watch?? Is it a good movie? What do you people think?

It's got a great cast, Tony Todd, Kane Hodder, Robert Englund, and it's got some good action scenes and some pretty graphic deaths.

You've probably watched it already, but if not, i would say that it is definitely worth a watch. It's not perfect, and it's perhaps a little bit silly at times, but I love this film. The effects are awesome (courtesy of the incredible KNB) and the story is pretty cool, and even borders on innovative at times. Not to mention that you've got Freddy, Jason and the Candyman all in one film. (the actors, anyway) Part 2 is ok as well, but I wouldn't recommend venturing much further than that.

1 and 2 are great films but typical hollywood milked it to death and in the process lost the actor who played the djin
