i've seen both movies but there's one thing i wonder about. can anyone kill or even harm the Djinn when he is in human form? i mean it can't be impossible if he is powerless in that form until he hears a wish from someone. so killing him in human form before he asks you for your wish could be possible right?

The human form is only a guise, it does not change that he is still a djinn, which are far beyond pain, or death. If the Djinn were about to be killed they could change back to the Djinn in a split second, so how would the temporary human guise make them susceptible to death.
I don't think they are able to be killed, only suppressed.
True, but remeber he was shot in human form then changed over. So I don't think the human half can be kill, since he is immortal and all. Funny thing is I never thought about can the human half be killed before, nice topic. Now you got me to thinking about other movies.

Wtf, did you even watch the movie? The first meeting between the heroine and the Djinn involves him giving her a freebie wish in which she asks him to blow his brains out. Then he explains that he cannot be killed (but he does feel pain). The human form is just a disguise, he's still a djinn.
