Dude, Wishmaster: not a bad movie. Sure a thinner plot, simplistic. A modern day Theif of Baghdad?...well, not quite. But maybe in one aspect.
It is a gore fest, not by any means the goriest. But some unique deaths are present. Who doesn't dig it when the guy's skeleton rips through his body. AND the exploding people. Awesome stuff.
Night of the Living Dead, you crazy muthas. That is a precedent in horror film. Zombie movies originated from that, not to mention giving hope for young film makers. George A. Romerro is a hero of mine, respect his work. He was an innovator.
House of 1000 Corpses, some parts are eerie, but it's just a little too bleh for my tastes. Go back to White Zombie, you were kickin' there.
Apocolypse Now...come on now. An amazing film. A great war film. But if you want a better one, check The Deer Hunter. It really makes you think about things. Some scenes are unforgettable.
Think about what you all are saying. You need to be more positive. Where are we now from hate. It's like The Beatles said, All you need is love.
