Interior location?? Does anybody know?

I am hankering to find out whereabouts one particular scene in the film was shot.

In the scene where Millie first "meets" Merton, they are at a party of some sort set inside the most beautiful building. The walls are all tiled in a turquoise gloss tile, and upstairs, where Kate and Millie lean across the balcony and catch Merton's eye, there are exquisite mosaic friezes.

Any suggestions?

This is a real building called Leighton House, in Holland Park London. Leighton House is open daily except Tuesdays from 11am to 5.30pm. The House is open on Spring and Summer bank holidays but closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day, if you want to visit! If you google search there are pictures on the web.

I believe it's the former home of Frederic, Lord Leighton

Actually, Leighton House is incorrect. I thought the very same thing when I first visited the house (highly recommended for anyone who visits London, especially if you love the Preraphaelites like me!) but when I enquired with the staff, they told me that this is a common misconception, and that the actual location of that scene in the film is a private residence literally down the street. It's in the neigh bourhood of Holland Park and I believe it's actually called Peacock House (fitting, I know).
