anybody know the name of the song where the mud dogs throw the ball over near bobby and they run and tackle him through the table? it sounds like some bluesy hard rock guitar.

Boom Boom...It was written by John Lee Hooker...imdb says the performing band was Big Head Todd and the Monsters, but I know that the Animals released a version too

thanks for the reply but thats not the song. it starts playing basically right after derek gets done talking to bobby ("let me know when it cools down baby")

It's been awhile since I've seen it but I think the song is the instrumental part of a Doors song. I can't remmber the title but some of the lyrics are "..blood in the streets runs up to my ankles, blood in the streets runs up to my knees...". There's afuther reference to blood in the streets of Chicago and in "fantastic LA"; I think the song was about demonstrations. It's killing me that I can't remember the song title.

The soundtrak above on IMDb lists "Peace Frog", Written by Jim Morrison, Robby Krieger, John Densmore and Ray Manzarek and Performed by The Doors, Courtesy of Elektra Entertainment Group and By Arrangement with Warner Special Products. Could that be the song?
