Just watched The Waterboy again for the first time in years, and the first time since having seen The Wire.
Just thought I'd point out his having been in this!
The name of the actor is Larry Gilliard, Jr.. He played Derek Wallace, the kicker for the South Central Louisiana State University Mud Dogs. Derek was the first player on the team to be nice to Bobby Boucher.
