I can't figure out anything he says except "we live to play another day" when we first meet Vicky.

Put on the sub titles

If the subtitles were turned on it'd probably read something similar to: "Inaudible Mumbling" each time he spoke in order to get the joke across that nobody can make out what he's saying.
