I first watched this movie at school when I was about 14, and I'm sure there was a scene where there was a group of guys dressed up as cheerleaders shaking their asses. I watched it again recently and the scene wasn't there. I only remember this scene because there was a guy in my class that got all excited because he thought they were women, and it made us all laugh.

You're probably thinking of The Longest Yard. Tracy Morgan and others.

yeah the longest yard had female and male cheerleaders and a gender confused guard who decides to go cheer with the male cheerleaders while in uniform.
