Why did Yamashita have to go back to prison again for a year? In what way did he break his parole? The cop was even there witnessing Dojima beating up his pregnant girlfriend and smashing up his shop. He didn't even try to defend himself until after the cop showed up.
I thought he was just on his way to a parole hearing and he may not go to prison at all, depending on what the judge decides.
It makes sense that he'd have to have a hearing about it, as he was in a compromising position. The cop could probably testify on his behalf.
