With his whole life under the microscope, a Sociopath type behavior would be impossible to develop unless laws and a television audience are willing to welcome it. A Sociopath is usually not in control of their emotions and easier to recognize (and thus get treatment). Most of them elude discovery and treatment by being reclusive or getting protection from people and family around them.
A Psychopath type of behavior might be slightly more possible for a very smart individual, but even it would be nearly impossible with no privacy at all provided in the environment. If all viewers see their every move every day, it would be clear the moment they start to exhibit any type of extreme behavior while alone or in front of others unless the Psychopath is able to hide the knowledge of their awareness about the reality show. Perhaps a Psychopath might be able to figure out where camera devices are located and avoid them when planning a devious act.
It could be possible for someone snap and suddenly attack someone if he has an aggressive personality and feels the need to escape the situation of an imprisonment or oppressive type of environment. This would be the more likely possibility.
Since the Truman Show occurs in a world unlike the existing one, it is hard to know what the laws and acceptance might be for someone who has extreme behavior attributes in that world.
