Jerkin' it and life outside

So, over the years, they must have filmed him jerkin' it, right?

If he's 30, meaning the show started in the 60s, he must have jerked it at some point, or done something just as TV inappropriate right?

He's a human. It's part of human nature to do inappropriate things.

More importantly, the outside world would be weird. Did Truman learn history the same way everyone else did? You'd assume that the 30 years of history going on in that time (which was a lot), he'd be wondering what happened. Did they give him a falsified version of the news?

If he failed high school or chose to drop out, then what? Even assuming they have him a free pass, wouldn't some of the information he knows be wrong?
