Favorite Toy Story?

Out of all 3 Toy Story's, does this happen to be ANYBODY's favorite? Whenever I ask people I know, they always list TS2 as their least favorite Toy Story movie. It actually ties for first with TS3 for me.

I like the first one better, because I consider Sid a better villain and I think they balanced the dialogue and screen-time between toys like Rex, etc. better in TS1 as well. I love all three dearly though.

This is my favorite because I deal with collectors on a regular basis who I personally think are over the top. I'm a collector myself, but these people have gone on record by saying they hate when a child plays with ANY toy.

The message, which I think is a very good one, is that people need to remember toys are meant for children.

this is my favorite toy story because it was the first one i ever had in a video cassete back in the year 2000 :D

TS2 is my favorite, it just takes you on a rollercoaster ride from laughs to seriousness back to laughs, then back to seriousness, etc. the entire time! I love the whole series but it just seems like it outdid the first Toy Story and then the third one had a different tone (kind of reverted back to the first one, which had darker elements in the story).

The first and third. This one I quite enjoyed too, but I prefer the other two a little more.

I prefer 3 to this one, but I like this better than the first if only because I recently discovered a new issue that I have with 1:

The toys just abandon Woody once Buzz makes the scene.

Fighting evil by moonlight, winning love by daylight, she is the one named Sailor Moon

I love them all for different reasons, but - having said that - Toy Story 2 has always been my least favorite. I feel like the middle of the movie is lacking content. Perhaps it's because of what someone else mentioned - the characters aren't used equally in this film, and Woody alone is a little boring. I could still watch it over and over though. ;)

This one is definitely my favorite. Strangely I wasn't the biggest Toy Story fan growing up, but I absolutely loved this film when I saw it. I admit, I liked Woody more than Buzz so it was great that the overall trilogy ended up being more about him than anyone else. Also, I absolutely love Jessie and her story. IMO, "When Somebody Loved Me" is the most emotional segment of any Toy Story movie still.

If everything is not all rainbows and kittens for you today, hopefully it will be tomorrow!
