Why would she insist on barging into Andy's room and throw/sell his toys without his approval?
Despite the fact that weezy was broken, it's Andy's toy, therefore it's up to him if he wanted to keep it or not. Aside from that, she could have gotten the squeaker fixed like she promised Andy.
I'm surprised that she never tried to give away the main toys that were still present in the 3rd movie knowing her.
I never cared for her character.

My mom did that too. He's a kid. She grabbed things he obviously didn't care for anymore or were broken, as made obvious when she tried to see if he would still squeak. You ask a kid if he wants to throw away a toy, and he or she will most likely say "no." You must have been one of those kids that thought your bedroom was your private space and your own parents weren't allowed to go in without your permission. You also must not have children.
