What would be very different from the situation now? Here's what I think:
1. People would be Face-Timing or live-streaming themselves during the sinking
2. LGBT passengers would accuse the officers for assuming who constitutes a "woman" or "child"
3. Kids would be making TikTok videos before getting on a lifeboat

By this metric you and your ilk would come out screaming that everyone else has an agenda and force people out of the boats at gunpoint so you could save your own asses.
After hitting the iceberg and the ship begins to take on water, Titanic's Wi-Fi network would be pretty congested with all 2000 some passengers using it at simultaneous, as once connections depart the onboard Wi-Fi Router and Access Points, they are transmitted via satellite to a server and from there the Internet is reached. There'd be a lot of buffering, choppy, and grainy live video no doubt.
