Near the end...
After Tim finds Bee-bee on the roof, he tells Jeff that he's going to get a truck from the liquor store. Why does he need a truck? To take her to the hospital? He just finished calling 9-1-1.
Any ideas?

Yea i think he's panicking too. It could be a plothole but i thought he was gonna drive her to the hospital himself, u know, i think he just didn't want to wait for an ambulance to come.
btw, the ending where Nazeer says: "what's wrong with you? You throw it all away.." that's so good. The way he says it.

>>>U R right. Nazeers's phrase at the final scene, is the "moral of story".
No. You've totally missed the point of the story if you think that's the moral. Bogosian didn't write some morality tale about the corrupt youth of today who just throw away their lives. It's a story about the lack of fulfillment once one has achieved "the American dream." I've posted more complete thoughts on this in another thread.

I like this movie alot. When I write my first movie It will be a spin-off this movie. By the way I was just thinking about how I don't have friends from back in the day, and Im a busboy.
it's a line from Stand by Me
sad, yet so true.

I thought it was so that he and Jeff could follow the ambulance to the hospital...maybe.
shareThat actually makes a lot of sense. You're probably right.
Thanks.

it might also be an excuse so he can go get rid of the gun before the cops show up.
