pony and sooze were friends in high school, he came back into town while jeff and sooze were dating, tim was jeff's best friend, tim pissed sooze off and made fun of pony, sooze had sympathy for pony and flirted with him. pony offers sooze the position to do the artwork for the next album, jeff's afraid of losing sooze to a bigger city and bigger things. as for the whole sex thing, it doesn't come out and say they did, it's kind of up to the viewer to figure it out. i personally don't think they did.
shareNo one knows.
You never find out what happens between Sooze and Pony, or what even happened to Jeff/if Bee-Bee survives her overdose or not. The movie ends on a very apocalyptic note... as if Jeff's small and conveniently constructed world is coming to a crashing end.
although it is mentionned that they "all spent the night" (according to buff) at the four-seasons...
THey don't say wether they had sex or not, and it is up to us to figure it out, but Tim makes the following prediction to Jeff : They're gonna decide that they sleep together, but with their underpants on, nothing sexual, and he's gonna tell her what a sensitive guy he is and whattaya know, by 3 am, he'l be parking the pink cadillac.
My personnal opinion is that if they might not necesserly have had sex that night, but if they didn't, you'd just have to count exactly = (how many days Sooze believes is right before sleeping with a new guy + plus how many nights it takes her to be able to sleep with him without feeling like she dumped her boyfriend for a shinier model - just exactly how self-deluded she is
(for self-delusion, i think that based on the performance she gives with her manifesto we can guess that she has a high level of self-delusion.

Actually, I thought the scene in which Pony kisses the back of Sooze's neck (his arm around her) after getting out of the limo pretty much sealed up the fact that something had happened. Plus, you see an immeadiate change in physical movement when Jeff tries to enter her personal space again.
sharewho cares she was ugly anyways.. and her "performance" was stupid as *beep* lol. she came off as some one who tried way to hard to be "unique" couldn't stand her character.
sharethat is an interesting point about getting out of the limo, and although it might indicate that something happened (like kissing or soemthing...) i don't quite think that she would have sex righr there, in the limo, in front of a drunken passed out buff about 3 hours after meeting up again with pony.....
then again, if we were to believe what tim thinks...
"to women!!!!! ..... they're all whores."
hum, i like to think not.
