In the text of the play, her lines are printed in Urdu and in an English translation.
When Tim finds Bee-Bee, her line (in English) is "Why have you trapped me in this horrible country? This is all your fault! I'm going back! Enough!"
Then when Nazeer tries to respond that she went up there by herself, she yells "these people are completely insane! Look!" (as if to say, I told you something like this would happen).
I hope that helps.
There are a couple things that are different in the play- first off, Pakeesa is Nazeer's sister, not his wife. I honestly have no idea why Eric Bogosian would have changed that.
Second, and a much more significant change (SPOILERS), Bee-Bee is, in no uncertain terms, dead at the end of the play, having committed suicide after her betrayal by Buff pushes her over the edge and confirms her feelings of worthlessness. Again, I don't know why Eric Bogosian would have changed this. Yes, it makes the ending less tragic and easier to take, and maybe that's what the producers demanded, but the ending SHOULD be tragic, and should feel like a punch in the gut. The ending of the movie still works, though, and it is an excellent film- the definitive production of the play which all other productions can only hope to live up to.
