This guy pist me off big time...

Yeah! Gates should have just left those people to die horribly so he could be rich. Wow -- I'd say your moral compass is broken, but I don't think you ever had one.

Ok at what point did I say Gates should have let them die? I was merely pointing out that the guy had a shocking grasp on gratitude and Gates would not have been out of place to point that out. They claim picking up the gold was some sort of favour when it was the least the could have done considering they had just been saved from death.

You might want to make sure you understand what people are saying before you launch such a scathing attack on their character.

Good guys may not finish last but they sure as sh*t don't finish first!

reply

Oh, I understand what you are saying and what you are. If you want people to think differently of you, you might want to change your sig, as well as a lot of other things about yourself.

Oh you know me so well? Tell me do you use your psychic powers for anything useful other than making an ass of yourself on IMDb? Get over yourself little boy.

Good guys may not finish last but they sure as sh*t don't finish first!

reply

I'd say you are the one making an ass of yourself on imdb and, most likely everywhere you go. You sure are getting nasty -- I guess the truth hurts and you are lashing out at the person who tells it to you.

Oh, btw, I am not nor have I ever been a little boy.

Hey you're the one who got personal first buddy so don't try to turn it around on me. Considering it took you a year to reply to my OP it doesn't say much. You could try reading some of my other post if you're so adamant to understand my personality. In any case given that you're as obtuse and sarcastic in pretty much all your other threads I really don't care what you think. You can reply but you're now on ignore.

mikeyg24 <<Hey you're the one who got personal first buddy>>

Again -- I am not male. And who cares who got personal first? That's not the issue. I wasn't accusing you of getting personal.

mikeyg24 <<so don't try to turn it around on me.>>

Turn WHAT around on you? I said I thought you never had a moral compass. I said I didn't like what you wrote or your sig. That's personal and I never said it wasn't. I think you reveal your callous heart with every word. You are now also revealing your inability to understand what I am saying.

mikeyg24 <<Considering it took you a year to reply to my OP it doesn't say much.>>

What, do you think I am waiting on your every word? I just saw the film today so I looked at the imdb page and saw what you wrote.

mikeyg24 <<You could try reading some of my other post if you're so adamant to understand my personality.>>

I'm not. I've seen enough.

mikeyg24 <<In any case given that you're as obtuse>>

That would be you.

mikeyg24 <<and sarcastic>>

I sure can be.

mikeyg24 <<in pretty much all your other threads I really don't care what you think.>>

Sure you don't. That's why you keep replying.

mikeyg24 <<You can reply but you're now on ignore.>>

And I still think you are everything I said you are.

First of all I would like to say I am an Arab , not Iraqii but an Arab girl ...This dialogue you're refering to and arguing it has much more "deeper " tones & meanings to it , it embodies the relationship between an Arab with oil or gold (no difference here ) and The American authority who is intersted in it ....The Iraqii doesn't care about his money as much as he cares about getting his freedom from Saddam ...He seeks help from the Americans and is willing to pay for it , It's not the American's gold anway ...I salute the writer & director for such a profound and good film contemplating the Arabic-American relationship , and introducing Arabs as normal and "good" , even eductaed people who are willing to achieve and gain freedom from their tyrant rulers such as Saddam Hussein, Qaddaffii , ElAssad and Mubarak ....The Arab uprising which is taking place in Egypt , Tunisia , Yemen , Syria and Libya should explain my words as we are now in 2011 ....

By the Way Cliff Curtis ' preformance is the best here hands down ...His accent and the lines he said in Arabic were excellent No mistakes at all ...Honestly , I thought he was an Arab till I saw the final credits and remembred him from other movies ....
