Does anyone else remember...
... when this film originally came out, there were claims in some of the UK tabloid newspapers that the filmmakers had used real human cadavers for, if I remember correctly, the scene in which a bullet is shown traveling through a human body and a scene in which a body is blown up? These claims always sounded faintly ludicrous to me, but similar claims were made about APOCALYPSE NOW, weren't they?
Does anyone know any more about this? I assume it's just another case of tabloid hyperbole.
