this movie, hate it or love it, is a cultural identiy type flick. The Spice Girls deserved a movie..and it was corny and silly...but kinda cute in a way. It's a movie that HAD to be made..and should get more credit than it deserves.

I'm not a fan of them since they love screwing over their fans, but I do think this movie is unfairly rated here...
Its just a dumb movie yes, but its not that bad imo...
It's quite a cult classic among many nowadays as I have recently found out and I am positively ecstatic that it is so. You're right, this movie was bound to be made, and what a hell of a movie it was! Hilarious, corny, wacky antics from beginning to end that put a smile on my face the whole way through. As one of the reviews said, it's even more fun when you're jumping up and down on the couch singing into a hairbrush while watching it!
Death is a once in a lifetime experience.
I think it's worth 5/10, and a case could be made for 6/10.
But let's be real. This film is strictly an ad for their other products.
It did have some funny moments though. But not enough.
I think it is positively hilarious. The dialog especially.

Agreed! It's obviously not a classic but it's meant to be campy and cheesy and pulls that off well. It's just silly and fun and occasionally gets quite a funny line in there. Definitely at least a 5/10.

It's kinda hard to rate this movie, since it is intentionally bad. It's bad and it knows it's bad.
I always find those self-aware movies hard to rate, since they can be quite fun and quite good.
But I do think anything over 5 is way to generous for this one. It doesn't deserve anything higher, and the movie knows this.
Agreed - I gave it a 5. Can't believe it has a 3!
