Were they really naked whenever they performed the song live on tour?

I just cant see them doing it. Maybe they wore something behind those chairs but still looked like they were nude

Lots of kids watched them so I couldnt see them really being naked

I highly doubt it, they probably wore special flesh coloured modesty clothes that actors wear.
