Yeah, Todd McFarlane (creator of Spawn) just gave up the rights of her and Gogliostro after a legal battle with Neil Gaiman who created the characters in a single issue of Spawn. So... Neil let Marvel use her. I don't know if it makes any sense of her spending time with the Guardians of Galaxy. She has to do something else. She obviously doesn't hunt Spawn anymore.

They should put her in the supernatural category, like Ghost Rider, Blade, Mephisto, etc.
