mickey was at the party so it had to be debbie salt
why would she? what would be the point of killing cici?
Both were involved in Cici's murder. One was taping her and talking to her on the phone, while the other snuck in and killed her. Mickey being a wannabe serial killer was probably the one who did the killing.
