Val Kilmer's inconsistent acting....
Sometimes he's great at taking on a role: Tombstone, Salton Sea, Top Secret.
Sometimes he's terrible: The Saint, Island of Dr....
The majority of his characters in The Saint were difficult to watch. It was hard to take Val Kilmer seriously. Sometimes going so overboard with the character, sometimes seeming like he didn't have a clue how to pull it off.
