The russian mafia guys, what is the song called that they are playing in the car?

It's a total cheesefest. Couldn't be more '90s.

It seems like they were supposed to come off as badasses, too, listening to that crap.

the first one I know is Setting Sun by The chemical Brothers. I don't know about the other song that was playing

I think the other song that was playing was the Underworld song, "Pearl's girl".

If you mean the song playing at the end over the credits when he's driving from Oxford, it's a song by Duran Duran called "out of my mind".

The techno soundtrack is out and has all the tunes from the movie that you could barely hear. It was mostly done to promote the film, but it's a good album if you like techno.
