I know this was straight to video (right?), but this is seriously funny... More than it should have been. I was laughing like crazy.

It's a disney film, it shouldn't be funny...
but it is! Legendary daftness! Rocket Man rocks! Perfect for stickin' on for pure escapism and some easy laughs.

Frankly he way overacted some scenes. I saw one too many Pee Wee Hermanesch moments ...and some rather flat Adam Sandler copycats as well.
Williams IS funny, in fact fans know he's done some awesome stand-up. However in this film it's as though he TRIED to "be funny" at certain times. That in itself merely kills a comedian or comic actor. Williams is way better and funnier than that.
Or at least, blame the producer.

Sure, this movie is stupid, but it's oh, so funny. I watched it several times as a young kid and randomly thought about it today so I found a stream of it.
