Does anyone know the name of the track that is played at the VERY END of the movie (when George Clooney is watching Nicole Kidman swim her laps)?!? It's a Hans Zimmer track but its not on the original soundtrack!! Help! Thanks. =)

This is the beginning of the End Credits.
It doesn't appear on the regular soundtrack but the same theme can be heard on the soundtrack near the beginning of track 4 "Chase".
