Who was the officer on the plane that told everyone to get off the plane

I can't find him in the credits. If someone knows let me know. It's around 1 hour 29 minute mark. He's the one with evacuation plan and was with the UN.

Should be Matt Winston. Listed in the IMDB credits as "UN Official". You may recognize him from "Star Trek: Enterprise", "Scrubs" or "Six Feet Under". He's been in several other sitcoms as well.
