Very realistic

Remarkably realistic movie this was! If you're a New Yorker, or were a New Yorker, you'll appreciate the touches. The DA, the politics, the grittiness. The beginning scene was spot on! The senior ADA talking to the new ADA's in the district attorneys office. "Judges who don't give a *beep* cops who are only in court to see how much overtime they can make, etc" Hit home! Lol

Just a shame that the latter part of the film was just melodrama.

That was the most unrealistic scene. No one gets a welcome talk like that. It's more like "Welcome. Here's your first case. Get the *beep* to work and don't bother me."

Sheesh. They're lawyers already. They already know corruption is rampant, justice favors the wealthy, and they want to get out of there as fast as possible.
