i was thinking the same thing Capy. i was hoping Generation X would come out on 9/30/08 too as two pack with Nick Fury. I think i was asking abit much for that though. Hopefully Generation X will be like...a Target or FYE exclusive. i think it's most likely to be Wal-mart if it's a store exclusive other Best Buy but i hope i'm wrong as i have boycotted walmart as a whole.

it's kinda doubtful though. the best time to come out with Generation X on DVD as an exclusive was back when the X-men movies were being released. Nick Fury: Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D is being released as an exclusive to promote Iron Man since "Ultimate Fury" is in Iron Man

an interesting note is..on the case of Nick Fury: Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D it reads S.H.I.E.L.D stands for "Strategic Homeland Intervention Enforcement Logistics Division". Which it does in Iron Man and i believe (however not certain) it does in the Ultimate version of Nick Fury, But When You Watch Nick Fury: Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D the computer clearly says "Welcome To S.H.I.E.L.D, the "Supreme-Headquarter International Espionage Law Division" which is what the mainstream SHIELD originally stood for back in 98 (when the movie was made). So it's more or less a goof on the package.

In the Hasslehoff movie S.H.I.E.L.D clearly DOES stand for Supreme-Headquarter International Espionage Law Division.

But the Package says S.H.I.E.L.D stands "Strategic Homeland Intervention Enforcement Logistics Division"

so either they goofed on what it stood for in the movie they were releasing or they just lied on the package to promote Iron Man since another version of Nick Fury and S.H.I.E.L.D are in THAT movie as well. personally i believe the latter

I'd say your next ray of hope for Gen X to come out to promote another movie (like Nick Fury with Iron Man) would be next year when X-Men Origins: Wolverine comes out on DVD... that's just one man's opinion though.
