It's not great, but not completely horrible either. Hasselhoff actually has a few good moments and the plot works fairly well. No, the acting isn't going to win awards, but it is better than the Generation X pilot and both the Punisher (Dolph Lundgren) and Captain America (Matt Salinger) movies.

"Fortunately, Ah keep mah feathers numbered for just such an emergency!"
