I've only seen a handful of his films, but Kiki's Delivery Service is my least favorite.

5/5 - princess Mononoke, Naussica, Howls Moving Castle
4/5- Spirited Away, castle in the Sky, my Neighbor Totoro
3/5 - Kiki's Delivery Service, Ponyo

The last two I rank lower because they are fairly juvenile. The top three deal with more mature themes and have memorable visuals and characters. But I have never seen a bad Miyazaki film. Just ones I like more.
