Title Help Please..

I really need help with finding a title for a movie I saw several years ago..I posted it under here because its the only movie that is some what/not really at all similar to the plot I am going to describe...

This movie probably was realsed somewhere between 1995-1997. It is about a creature (some what human) who is in this tunnel like passage and has trapped several policemen in there, kills the one by one. I know it takes place in a really bad city at the time and the main character ( a female) has a fake passport and she is just trying to get out of this tunnel like thing so she can take her son and flea the city. At the end of the movie, I think she is the one who kills the creature and the police chief gives her real passports in reward. It's a very enertaining movie.

If some one could please tell me the title I would appreciate it to the fullest. Thank You!

the movie you discribe makes me think of The Relic, i dont think thats the movie your asking for tho

Or maybe the sur-title is "Fear the Rush". Whatever? It's something like that.
