Will The Directors Cut be on Normal DVD?

I don't have a Blu-Ray Player.

Doesn't look like it, even thought del Toro mentions "DVD and Blu-ray" in the features. It's getting to the point where even those without HDTVs should invest in BD players if they are fans of Director's Cuts and special features. More and more stuff coming out on BD, but not DVD. The Star Wars Saga is another example. Tons of new features, Blu-ray only.
